Sometimes life feels off track—your career may feel stagnant, your relationship with a partner may be strained, you may be losing sleep, or you might find yourself feeling anxious, depressed, or unmotivated.

The stress, sadness, or low self-esteem that comes with these challenges can put a heavy strain on your daily life.

Psychotherapy offers a safe, supportive space to slow down, reflect, and better understand yourself. In our work together, we’ll explore the thoughts, behaviors, and coping patterns that may be getting in the way of having a healthy, fulfilling relationship with yourself and others.

My approach to individual therapy is grounded in insight, reflection, evidence-based skill-building, and actionable steps. In a confidential, nonjudgmental environment, I help you reduce stress, strengthen resilience, and gain the tools you need to feel better, take meaningful action, and create a more satisfying life.

Child and Adolescent Therapy

In addition to working with adults, I have extensive experience supporting children, adolescents, and families. Often, children come to therapy during or after difficult times such as divorce, chronic illness, school adjustment issues, or bullying, among other experiences. They may show signs of irritability, withdrawal from friends and family, inattention, or temper tantrums. As a parent, it can be painful to see your child struggling and not know how to help.

Therapy provides a safe, neutral space where young clients can process and express their emotions. My role is to offer tools that help them cope with challenges, develop empathy for themselves and others, and build trust in their own resilience.

My approach combines verbal and non-verbal methods tailored to each child’s unique needs. This may include art, collage, or Play Therapy alongside traditional talk therapy. I also integrate evidence-based modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy and mindfulness to help clients overcome challenges. Parental involvement is encouraged to keep us aligned, discuss ongoing concerns, celebrate progress, and address areas needing attention.
