Yuko Brull, LMFT
Psychotherapy
Adult, Child, Adolescent

I believe I was born to help and to heal. There’s nothing more rewarding than making even a small positive difference in someone’s life --- that’s why I chose to become a psychotherapist.

I have worked with adults of all ages, adolescents, children, and parents, gaining deep experience addressing anxiety, depression, child and adolescent development, stress, parenting challenges, and life transitions.

Born and raised in Japan, I bring a sensitivity to diversity and cultural nuance. I have been a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist since 2005 and am certified in Pain Reprocessing Therapy, an evidence-based method for helping clients overcome chronic pain by addressing its neurological causes.
My therapeutic approach blends evidence-based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, mindfulness practices, contemporary psychoanalysis, and Pain Reprocessing Therapy. Most importantly, I believe true transformation occurs through the trusting relationship between client and therapist. I aim to create meaningful progress through focused, goal-oriented sessions, while recognizing that each person’s timeline for change is unique..
I am passionate about helping people find their inner strength and move toward a more fulfilling life.
